Membership in the Ancient Order of Hibernians in America Division 4 Archbishop John Ireland is opened to men 16 years and older who are practicing Roman Catholics of Irish birth or descent and who are citizens of the United States of America or who have declared their intentions to become citizens of the United States of America.

The Way Home video presents the history, goals and mission of the Ancient Order of Hibernians in America. It is strongly recommended that every current and prospective member view this video before taking the oath.
